    David Serrus focuses on private construction and contracting law and insolvency law.

    He obtained his law degree from Ghent University in 1995. He has been a member of the Ghent Bar since then. David Serrus joined MDP in 2008, having previously worked in Ghent offices specialising in criminal law and construction law.

    David Serrus has been an elected member of the Council of the Ghent Bar Association and the general assembly of the OVB (Order of Flemish Bars) for several years. He is also active in a number of committees within the Ghent Bar Association and the OVB.
