Bettina Poelemans specialises in awarding and executing government contracts and private construction law.

In addition to numerous contracting companies, she also assists other companies in a wide variety of sectors regarding public procurement of supplies and services. She is also active in private construction law.

Bettina Poelemans joined MDP in 1994 and has been a partner since 2000. She has been a member of the Ghent Bar since 1991.

She obtained her law degree from Ghent University in 1991 with great distinction.

From 1991 to 1995, she was also a part-time assistant. First at the Department of Civil Law of Ghent University, then for two years at the Institute of Family Law of KU Leuven.

Bettina Poelemans publishes on public procurement law and regularly gives training courses, including in-house.
