David Serrus mainly specialises in private construction law, contract law and insolvency law.
He gained his licentiate in law at the University of Ghent in 1995. He has been a member of the Ghent Bar since 1995. David Serrus joined MDP in 2008 after having worked at Ghent law firms specialising in criminal and construction law.
David Serrus has been an elected member of the Council of the Ghent Bar Association for several years and of the General Meeting of the Flemish Bar Council. He is also active on a number of committees within the Ghent Bar and Flemish Bar Council.
