Toon Erauw specialises in private construction and property law, and also has knowledge of implementation as regards public contracts.
He also has very wide expertise in liability and insurance law, especially in relation to the construction process (ABR, civil liability - operations) and industrial activities.
He also has wide experience of international commercial contracts, such as distribution, agencies, licensing, etc.
In particular, he assists companies in the construction/property sectors as well as industrial companies. Toon Erauw joined MDP in 2001 and has been a partner since 2004. He has been a member of the Ghent Bar since 1995. He gained his licentiate in law at the University of Ghent in 1995.
